Terms & Conditions
Cleaning Terms and Conditions
Areas should be clear with no furniture or obstacles such as potted plants. Should you require us to carry out this procedure, a small charge will apply and can be quoted on.
Access to an on site free-issue water supply is required.
Oil Stains: oil stains can generally be removed with the correct detergent; however, we cannot provide any guarantee for the complete removal of stains.
Weeds: The application of Roundup Weed killer, where required, will reduce the number of weeds in an area; however, we are unable to guarantee the weeds will not return.
Rotary-jet pressure washing will not revive colour loss or fading caused by exposure to the UV light in sunlight. If necessary, a sample area can be tested, free of charge, but it will highlight the need for the area to be cleaned and no responsibility for the difference in colours can be taken. In the event that unsound mortar / paving is damaged by the pressure washing process, DM Driveways will not be held responsible for repairs.
We will try to complete domestic work in one day, subject to weather conditions and size of job. Block-paved surfaces may need a follow-up visit as they must be clean and dry before they can be re-sanded. If the area is to be sealed, then this has to take place the day it is re-sanded.
We have full public liability insurance for your peace of mind.
All prices are inclusive of a 5% discount, assuming that you grant permission for photographs of the area to be published on our website, providing you are totally satisfied with the standard of our work.
